This 4-bike Thule will fit a 1 1/4" hitch. The rack folds down but the arms do not. I replaced it with a rack with folding arms but it works fine. Also installed is an anti-sway bar that you can bungee your wheels to so the bike doesn't swing. $60 gets it.
